These studies include a participant 193.166 comes from Asia, Australia, America and Europe. Not only that, a researcher from China also sees the risk of depression upon each habit. People who habitually spent a long time watching TV has the risk of depression was 13% higher. Meanwhile, those who spend more time to play computer and internet 22% more at risk of experiencing depression. Unfortunately, the analysis conducted by the research did not include the reasons of daily habits with the risk of depression.

They just take note of factors such as the diseases associated with it. However, Megan Teychenne from Centre for Physical Activity and Nutrition Research, Deakin University, Melbourne Australia says that the study actually wanted to show to the people that physical activity can be done to prevent a depression. In addition, this study urge people to be more mobile and less habit of sitting linger. Senada with Teychenne, Jennifer Brunet of the University of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada also said that this research is important because it shows things to be aware of daily habits that do.

According to Brunet, the habit of watching TV and using computers is not bad because on the other side of these habits can thus eliminate stress resulting from everyday bustle. "Sometimes people read books or surf the internet to release stress. To that end, further research should pay attention to healthy habits and compared to unhealthy habits, "Reuters quoted from Brunet's suggestion, Saturday (20/9/2014). Too much sitting and lack of move is indeed the main reason a person has health problems, including mental health. "For that I always advise people to do physical activity they like so that they can work out comfortably," said Brunet.
